📢 We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst📍 Location: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite)We're looking for an experienced Business Analysis Practitioner to support a strategic product serving business stakeholders on the US West Coast.

This role requires a highly collaborative professional with strong business analysis expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions
• Provide business support throughout the software development lifecycle
• What You'll Bring✔ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience✔ Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills✔ Proven experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams📍 Please note: This position requires candidates to be locally based, as regular onsite presence at the South San Francisco campus is required.
