As a Business Analyst, and part of the Product Management Team. you'll play a critical role in bridging client needs and technical solutions — translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes that drive client satisfaction and product excellence across global markets.

What You’ll DoElicit, document, and manage detailed business and system requirements across the full development lifecycle, ensuring clarity for both clients and internal teams.
Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to produce and maintain solution documentation and supporting materials.
Carry out functional and thematic reviews of existing detection solutions, ensuring accuracy of the models and appropriate application to regulatory requirements.
Produce functional specifications, user documentation, and supporting materials to ensure our solution is functioning correctly, and in line with expectations.
Contribute to project planning, risk identification, and scope management, while identifying opportunities to enhance and develop the solution.
What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in financial markets, capital markets, trading operations and/or compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments within the financial services domain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience or familiarity with AI tools.
