Data Analyst

Position: Data AnalystLocation: Malvern, PA (Remote/Hybrid)Duration: 12-Month ContractPay Rate: $65–$75/hr on W2

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong Data Analyst to support its Creative Operations and Marketing Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Tableau, automation, and data integration who enjoys building scalable analytical solutions and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, and API integrations.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to deliver actionable business insights.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to support business and marketing initiatives.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and automated reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support AI-driven initiatives, including experimentation with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based tools to improve workflows and reporting.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and analytics capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python and SQLHands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards
• Experience with workflow automation (Power Automate or similar)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data integration
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI technologies is a plus
