The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing fintech company in the financial services industry focused on modernizing private market operations. The company provides a regulated secondary trading marketplace and SaaS solutions that simplify transfers and liquidity in private securities, serving operators, private equity firms, family offices, and direct issuers.

This Account Executive role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive new revenue, shape market adoption, and work directly with senior stakeholders across private markets and enterprise financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-growth startups, private equity firms, family offices, and enterprise financial institutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that communicate the value of the SaaS platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure to consistently hit or exceed quota.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM, producing regular forecasts and progress reports.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding and beyond.
• Stay current on private markets, secondary trading, capital markets trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven track record in SaaS sales with 3+ years of quota-carrying experience.
• Experience selling to financial institutions, private equity firms, family offices, or enterprise finance teams.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with strong outbound prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Ability to obtain required FINRA licensing within 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with private equity secondaries, capital markets, or secondary trading platforms.
• Experience engaging direct issuers and family offices.
• Existing relationships within private markets or enterprise financial services sales channels.
• Series 7 or other relevant FINRA licenses.
• Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments and enterprise sales motions.
