Vynzo Media is a growing UK based marketing agency expanding its client network across Manchester and the North West.

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager who can connect with local businesses, build a strong pipeline and turn qualified opportunities into signed client agreements.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new B2B opportunities across Manchester
• Connect with founders, directors and business owners
• Manage the full sales process
• Conduct discovery calls and service presentations
• Handle follow ups, objections and negotiations
• Close new client deals
• Attend local meetings and networking events when required

What We’re Looking For

• B2B sales or business development experience
• Confidence communicating with decision-makers
• Strong relationship building and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with commission only earnings
• Based in Manchester or Greater Manchester

You will receive 10%–18% commission on eligible closed and paid deals, with uncapped earning potential.

The advertised OTE is indicative and depends entirely on sales performance.
