Associate Director of Business Marketing - M&A, PE, Capital Markets

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Of Business Marketing - M&A PE Capital Markets to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$225,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of marketing plans into actionable briefs for Campaign Strategy team
• Consult on buyer profiles and influencers for audience segmentation
• Direct strategy for practice-building initiatives based on market trends
• Collaborate with MCD leaders to align BU priorities with enterprise strategies
• Define personalization triggers and content for target buyers
• Oversee BU-specific marketing budget, assessing sponsorship ROI
• Lead strategy and narrative development for high-stakes pitches and proposals
• Consult on marketing optimization based on data insights
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing/business development with 4+ years in management (senior level preferred)
• Prior experience in private equity and/or professional services
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and firm applications post-orientation
