What You’ll Own Build and execute marketing strategies that drive real revenue (not just impressions) Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM—automations, segmentation, and customer journeys Create and lead high-performing campaigns across email, social, and digital Write and oversee content that actually converts Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve results Partner with leadership and operations to support growth across locations

What You Bring

• HubSpot Certification (required)
• Experience managing a CRM and building automated marketing workflows
• Strong content writing skills (email, campaigns, messaging)
• Data-driven mindset, you care about results, not just ideas
• Ability to move fast, adapt, and execute Bonus Points If You Have experience in fitness, retail, or a high-growth brand
• Have built or scaled marketing systems from the ground up
