Position
To strengthen FENDI’s brand awareness across Southeast Asia through impactful marketing and communications initiatives, with a primary focus on high-profile events, alongside PR, media, and cross-functional brand support.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communication, SEA and Australia, the Senior Specialist, Marketing and Communications, SEA will support the development and implementation of brand-building initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing
- Support and execute marketing and communications activities across Southeast Asia in line with brand objectives and regional priorities.
- Prepare event proposals, marketing plans, and budget forecasts for campaigns and activations, with a strong focus on events-led strategies.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Omni-channel to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Track competitor marketing and communications activities and provide market intelligence and insights to support planning.
Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key press, media, KOLs, celebrities, and relevant stakeholders across SEA, leveraging these connections to maximize event publicity.
- Support the development and execution of PR and KOL strategies to enhance brand visibility and storytelling, integrating PR efforts seamlessly with event narratives.
- Manage KOL and celebrity engagement, including coordination, seeding, event appearances, and follow-up.
- Assist in negotiating and implementing media partnerships to amplify brand campaigns and key messages, especially for event promotion and post-event coverage.
- Oversee sample buys, and inventory management for PR activities, ensuring timely support for all event requirements.
- Collaborate regularly with HQ marketing team on campaign updates, reporting, and alignment on regional communication priorities.
Event Management
- Support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of product launches, exclusive PR events, client activation, and impactful in-store experiences, ensuring each event aligns perfectly with brand guidelines and key business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event production from vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans to ensure successful and timely delivery of all events.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, creative agencies, and venue partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Conduct thorough post-event analysis, including ROI assessment, attendee feedback, media coverage, and budget reconciliation, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with a significant portion dedicated to luxury event planning and execution.
- Experience in luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, PR, media planning, and particularly, a deep expertise in large-scale event management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for budgeting and tracking) and PowerPoint (for proposals and post-event reports).
