Key Responsibilities

• As Director of Brand & Marketing, you will have overall responsibility for the Badrutt's Palace brand and marketing across all touchpoints, including the hotel, restaurants, bars, spa, retail, and events.
• You will continuously evolve the brand positioning, identity, tone of voice, and visual expression, ensuring a consistent and exceptional brand experience.
• Leading the Brand & Marketing team, you will foster a culture of brand excellence, cultural awareness, and creativity.
• The brand's entire digital ecosystem—including website experience, social media, content, paid media, and SEO/GEO/SEM—will be under your strategic direction.
• You will further develop the hotel's distinctive social media and content strategy, placing cultural relevance and a clearly defined luxury brand code at the heart of every initiative.
• As the owner of the CRM strategy, you will strengthen guest relationships, drive loyalty, and create long-term value across the luxury guest journey.
• Relevant KPIs will be defined, monitored, and managed by you to ensure transparency, measure performance, and deliver sustainable business impact.
• You will lead external agencies and strategic partners with a clear focus on quality, creativity, and brand consistency.

You have a refined understanding of ultra-luxury, aesthetics, language, and brand excellence.

Several years of experience in a senior Brand and/or Marketing leadership role within a premium or luxury environment enable you to shape brands with confidence and strategic vision.

You have a proven track record of leading teams at management or executive level.

Your expertise spans the full digital ecosystem, including social media, content, performance marketing, web, and CRM.An entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong decision-making and execution capabilities, enables you to deliver measurable business impact.

You are confident in managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.

You communicate fluently in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

You thrive in a demanding, seasonal luxury hospitality environment and embrace the pace and expectations that come with it.
