Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and website optimization efforts.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate digital content creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior assessments.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing B2B or B2C digital marketing programs.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Digital marketing certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or related organizations are a plus.
