Digital Performance Manager

We’re looking for a commercially driven performance marketer to join an award-winning strategic brand agency working with some of New Zealand and Australia’s most respected organisations.

• Own paid and organic performance across a portfolio of client accounts in complex B2B and healthcare sectors
• Lead campaign strategy, budget management, and optimisation across Google, LinkedIn, and paid social channels
• Build, optimise and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Drive campaign development that delivers measurable engagement and commercial growth
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Set up and manage GA4 and GTM attribution framework
• Work closely with our creative and design team to develop high-performing campaign assets
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging digital opportunities
• What you’ll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in paid media or digital performance.
• Agency side a bonus.
• Hands-on platform knowledge across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• A strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and client-facing reporting
• Experience in complex B2B, professional services, or healthcare sectors is a genuine advantage
• Commercial instinct: you think in ROI and pipeline contribution, not just reach and impressions
