Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing business. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR initiatives that support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HRBP or Generalist experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing recruitment with HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.HR Business Partner
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational development and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Support employee onboarding, probation review, promotion, and offboarding processes.
• Assist managers in handling employee issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.HR Projects
• Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects, including but not limited to:
• Performance Management
• Talent Review & Succession Planning
• Employee Engagement Programs
• HR Policy Optimization
• Organizational Development
• HR Process Improvement
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Exposure to HRBP-related functions such as employee relations, performance management, or HR projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Experience supporting sales, operations, marketing, or corporate functions.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment practices is a plus.
• Language Requirement
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Professional English communication skills are required.
