Vice President Supply Chain

Our retained client is a leading Boston-based family-owned Food processing and distribution company. They are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supplier partnerships.

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, analytics, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build strong supplier relationships and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Lead teams with a focus on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
