Commercial Fleet Sales Manager

The Opportunity

Capital Ford of Columbus is looking for a high-powered Commercial & Fleet Sales Manager who wants to own and dominate the commercial vehicle market in Central Ohio. This is not a desk job. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building a book of business, closing deals, and driving serious volume and gross in Ford Super Duty, Transit, and Chassis Cab sales.

What You’ll Own

• Aggressively grow fleet and commercial sales volume and gross profit at Capital Ford of Columbus
• Prospect hard and build a strong book of business with contractors, trades, municipalities, government accounts, and fleets across the Columbus metro and surrounding areas
• Run outbound business development daily — phone, face-to-face, and networking
• Leverage Ford Pro programs, upfit partners, and financing tools to structure and close bigger deals
• Control commercial inventory and work tightly with sales, service, parts, and F&I to deliver and support every deal
• Hit and exceed monthly and annual volume, gross, and CSI targets
• Represent Capital Ford of Columbus as the go-to commercial dealer in Central Ohio

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven producer with a strong sales track record — preferably in commercial, fleet, or high-volume automotive sales
• True hunter mentality with the ability to generate your own business
• Excellent closer with strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
• Comfortable working outside the dealership and owning your results
• Ford experience is a major plus
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean record required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base + uncapped commission and performance bonuses

Strong performers in this market can earn $100,000 – $160,000+

• Use of a company vehicle for prospecting
