What You Will Do

• Oversee the entire sales process for the Australia and New Zealand market, including identifying target markets, developing sales strategies, and executing sales plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking, working closely with local teams to develop sales pipelines and achieve sales targets
• Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, both new and existing, by providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships
• Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and prepare compelling business proposals and quotations to effectively address client requirements
• Work with the marketing team to prepare and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company’s products
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company’s products
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster organic growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing, engineering, or any other related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of demonstrable technical sales or business development experience within logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, automation, or adjacent sectors. Prior intralogistics experience is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and managing corporate clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese for communication is a plus
