About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping things organized, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily accounting entries using Zoho Books
• Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and payment records
• Track customer payments and supplier expenses
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handle petty cash and basic bank reconciliation
• Prepare reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Maintain sales, expense, payment, and attendance trackers
• Organize company invoices, documents, and records
• Assist with VAT and Corporate Tax documentation
• Support basic HR and administrative activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and management
• Keep company records accurate and well organized

What We’re Looking For

We’d be happy to hear from you if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Previous UAE experience is an advantage.

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
