Job Description

The Technical Analyst is the bridge between business and engineering for company Experiences' guest-facing mobile app. You take business requirements for new features, integrations, and changes, analyse them in depth, and define the technical solution — the integration approach, data flows, interface specifications, and change impact — that the development teams build.

You work closely with the Solution Architect, who owns the overall enterprise and integration architecture, translating that architecture into detailed, buildable specifications for each feature. Your goal is to ensure every change to the app is technically sound, aligned to the target architecture, well-documented, and deliverable.

Qualifications & Experience:

EssentialBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years as a Technical Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on digital products, ideally consumer-facing mobile apps.

Strong requirements-engineering skills: BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data modelling (BPMN, UML).

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and the mobile development lifecycle (iOS/Android, Flutter or React Native).

Hands-on experience defining API / integration specifications (REST/GraphQL, JSON), reading API documentation, and producing data mappings.

Understanding of integration patterns (API-led, event-driven), microservices, and middleware.

Experience analysing enterprise system integrations such as ticketing, POS, CRM, identity, or e-commerce.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
