Senior QA/QC Engineer Fit-Out – (Immediate Joining Required)

Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with UAE experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in ceiling systems, gypsum partitions, drywall systems, and interior finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for fit-out works including ceilings, partitions, drywall, and finishing.
• Ensure all works comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved submittals.
• Issue NCRs and follow up on corrective actions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years UAE experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in ceiling works, gypsum partitions, drywall, and finishing works.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, documentation, and site inspections.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners .
