Job Title: SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the UAE real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing, lead generation, SEO strategies, and converting online leads into qualified opportunities.

We are looking for someone who stays updated with the latest digital marketing trends, understands the UAE real estate market, and can develop strategies to improve online visibility, engagement, and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Generate and nurture real estate leads through effective online marketing strategies.
• Analyze lead performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Implement the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Optimize website content, keywords, blogs, and landing pages for better search visibility.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the UAE real estate sector.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Must have experience working within the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and lead conversion strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and implement new strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve campaign performance.
• Experience with real estate portals and digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.
