To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take control of our online footprint and scale our lead generation systems.

Job Summary

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, your core objective will be high-quality lead generation. You will design, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns to match ready buyers, tenants, and institutional investors with our property portfolio.

The ideal candidate knows how to target high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), has a deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s master developments, and loves analyzing metrics to lower cost-per-lead (CPL) while boosting lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ad Campaigns: Launch, monitor, and aggressively A/B test lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), and LinkedIn.
• Property Portal Optimization: Fully manage and optimize our featured listings on premium local portals, ensuring maximum visibility and lead flow. Providential Properties Management
• Social Media & Content Growth: Create, schedule, and grow engaging content for our brand platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn). This includes pushing short-form video content like property walkthroughs and market insight reels.
• SEO & Web Optimization: Maintain and optimize our website and tailored landing pages to rank organically for competitive Abu Dhabi real estate keywords.
• Database Nurturing: Set up automated email sequences and segmented WhatsApp/SMS drip marketing campaigns to keep our database of 20K+ global customers engaged.
• Data Analytics: Track, measure, and present weekly ROI reports on marketing spend, cost per lead, and overall conversion health.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience specifically within the UAE Real Estate sector (Abu Dhabi experience is highly preferred).

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs for tracking lead attribution and managing inventory.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s key high-end communities (Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, Al Raha, etc.) and off-plan vs. secondary market dynamics.
• Creative Capability: Basic, efficient skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., CapCut, Canva) to rapidly produce clean property reels and ad creatives.
• Languages: Native or professional fluency in English. Arabic language skills are a massive advantage.
