PHP Properties is a dynamic real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, committed to providing exceptional property sales, leasing, and investment services. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and creative individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Social Media Marketing Coordinator.

• Job Summary

The Receptionist & Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting PHP Properties while also supporting the company's digital marketing and brand presence across social media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for customer service and marketing.

(Visa Requirement: Applicants must have their own valid UAE residency)

• Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Administration

• Welcome clients and visitors professionally and create a positive first impression.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with agents and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Social Media & Marketing

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging content such as posts, stories, reels, and property promotions.
• Respond to social media enquiries and messages professionally.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and property listings.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Capture photos and videos of properties and company events when required.
• Update property listings on real estate portals and the company website.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or similar design tools is preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
