Retail Sales Associates are the frontline of every retail operation. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating and recommending products, processing transactions using POS systems, maintaining store presentation standards, and contributing to sales targets.

The role family includes Sales Associate, Customer Service Associate, Brand Associate, and Retail Representative positions across fashion, luxury, FMCG, electronics, and lifestyle retail.

Major UAE retail employers actively recruiting UAE Nationals for this role family include Al-Futtaim, Majid Al Futtaim, Al Tayer Group, and Azadea Group — all of which operate structured Emiratisation programmes with career progression pathways.

Who should apply

UAE Nationals who are studying, recently graduated, or have up to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or any customer-facing role. Experience from part-time work, internships, school holiday jobs, or family business involvement is fully valid. You do not need to be currently employed to apply.
