Receptionist / Call Center Agent

Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center LLC OPC is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and organized Receptionist / Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk and appointment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and clinical staff.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle patient concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform administrative and front desk duties efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support daily clinic operations as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Call Center Agent, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Experience in a dental clinic, medical center, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
