Business Development & Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Facilities Management

Job Summary

QTFM is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our Interior Fit-Out, Civil, MEP, Joinery, Facilities Management, Maintenance and AMC services.

The candidate must have UAE experience in the fit-out, construction, facilities management, property management or maintenance sector and should be capable of developing client relationships, arranging meetings, conducting site visits, coordinating quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries for fit-out, renovation, MEP, civil, joinery, maintenance and annual maintenance contracts.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including property managers, facility managers, consultants, developers, offices, schools, hotels, restaurants, retail outlets and commercial establishments.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits and technical discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the estimation and project teams for quotations and proposals.
• Follow up submitted quotations, tenders and commercial offers until final decision.
• Maintain a proper sales pipeline and enquiry follow-up register.
• Develop relationships with consultants, property management companies, real estate companies and corporate clients.
• Support company registrations and vendor prequalification with potential clients.
• Attend networking events and generate new business leads.
• Coordinate with management regarding pricing, negotiations and contract terms.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up payment collections related to self-generated projects.
• Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE sales or business-development experience.
• Previous experience in fit-out, construction, MEP, facilities management, maintenance or AMC services is strongly preferred.
• Existing UAE client contacts and business network will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of quotations, tenders and contracting procedures.
• Strong English communication and professional email-writing skills.
• Arabic communication will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Ability to attend client meetings and site visits across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM or sales-tracking systems.

Compensation

• Fixed salary based on relevant experience and existing business network.
• Attractive performance-based sales incentive.
• Commission will be linked to confirmed business, achieved project margin and successful payment collection.
