Nursery School Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Early Years curriculum, EYFS, or an equivalent framework.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress through accurate learning portfolios and developmental records, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs .
• Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, organised, welcoming, and appropriately arranged for young children.
• Build positive, professional, and respectful relationships with parents and families.
• Keep parents informed about their child's daily experiences, development, progress, achievements, and any relevant concerns.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with parents while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
• Participate in parent meetings, progress discussions, school events, open days,
• Create stimulating learning experiences that support children's individual interests, abilities, and developmental stages.celebrations, and other nursery activities.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve curriculum planning, learning activities, classroom management, and overall nursery standards .
• Qualifications & Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Early Childhood Development, Early Years Education, or a closely related field at QFE Level 7.

A Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care – Level 3 (QFE Level 5)

Previous experience atleast 2 years working in a nursery, preschool, kindergarten, or early years educational setting.

Sound knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning.

Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or an equivalent early years curriculum.

Understanding of inclusive education and the ability to support children with additional learning or developmental needs.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
