THE TEAM

The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail. Across our restaurants and bars, we strive to deliver intuitive and personalized experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will report to the Captain and work alongside a passionate team committed to ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

YOUR ROLE

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to our guests.

You will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving menu items to the highest standards, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and sophistication synonymous with Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining Rosewood and LQA standards
• Guide guests through menu selections with confidence and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Serve food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Build meaningful guest connections by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned stations and service areas
• Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork, communication, and operational excellence

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in a waiter/waitress role within hospitality, luxury dining, or guest-focused environments
• You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through genuine and intuitive service
• You possess strong food and beverage knowledge and enjoy making recommendations to guests
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable working with POS systems and handling transactions accurately
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
