Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Investigate and report on incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety incidents and activities.

Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a metal fabrication facility with reputed clients, within the GCC region.

Proficiency in speaking Hindi or Urdu is essential to effectively communicate with the diverse workforce.

In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the metal fabrication industry.

Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
