Plumber Technician

PLUMBER (Construction/Fit-Out Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with a UAE contracting company, particularly on Fit-Out projects for residential, commercial, and retail developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and sanitary ware.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs efficiently.
• Conduct pressure testing and inspections to ensure plumbing systems are leak-free and fully operational.
• Install water supply, drainage, and waste piping systems according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Record work completed and materials used as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in a contracting company, with a strong background in Fit-Out projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and retail fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
