Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 - 5 years of experience supervising construction site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities.
• Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan and monitor daily work progress to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and the project management team.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4- 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Arabic speaker (required).
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing construction site operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
