Assistant Manager- IT Procurement

Conduct self-guided research to become familiar with what products (IT) are availableas well as their costs and benefits.

• Drive cost savings through negotiations and implementation of process efficiencies.

Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of supply chain activities as determined byproject strategy, processes, and procedures.

Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports (E.g., month endreports)Ensure closing all Open PRF’s & PO’sEnsure to always maintain proper and intact vendor communication.

Coordinator between IT and Customer service department for vendor registration &account updating.

Be extremely proactive and responsive. Manage internal and external customerexpectations.

Responsible for filing all purchase orders, invoice copies and related supportingdocumentation.

Perform all the activities in compliance with the company’s P&P and as per theassigned specific responsibilities.

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the line Manager.

• Foster trust relationships with Suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality ofservices
• Plan/Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumerdemands
• Collaborate with sellers to expand product categories
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
• Negotiate with sellers competitive pricing and promotional activities of a productcategory
• Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
• Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category
• Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
• Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
• Align with Technology team, marketing to ensure success of all initiatives IT Procurement, Banking, Financial and any fintech domains
