Maxzone Computer Consultancy is an IT firm based in Sharjah, specializing in comprehensive business management solutions. We are the creators of the AccountsPro ERP suite, a robust platform featuring advanced modules for accounting, payroll, inventory, and fleet management. We are looking for a driven sales professional to expand our client base and bring our software to more businesses across the UAE.

The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Software Sales Executive with a solid grasp of IT. You won't just be selling a product; you will be consulting with businesses to solve their operational challenges using our ERP software. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the value of AccountsPro, and closing sales with SMEs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, generate new leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline for our software solutions.
• Conduct software demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the AccountsPro suite, focusing on how our accounting, payroll, and fleet management modules solve client problems.
• Understand client business requirements and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the UAE.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a primary focus on software, IT solutions, or SaaS.
• A solid foundational understanding of IT concepts and enterprise software (ERP, accounting, or HR systems).
• Fluent in English, with excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Hindi/Malayalam and experience working within South Asian business networks in the UAE is highly advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
