The ERP Coordinator will play a critical role in the successful deployment and stabilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across the Project Division.

Acting as the primary liaison between project site teams, divisional management, the ERP Project Team, and implementation partners, the role will ensure smooth operational transition, rapid issue resolution, and effective user adoption during the go-live and hyper-care phases.

This position requires a hands-on professional with strong operational understanding of construction processes and practical experience supporting ERP implementations, system rollouts, or post-go-live stabilization activities.

Go-Live Coordination & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for Project Division users during ERP go-live and stabilization phases.

Coordinate daily activities between site teams, divisional management, ERP Project Manager, and implementation partners.

Monitor system adoption and ensure business continuity throughout the transition period.

Facilitate communication of critical updates, process changes, and system enhancements.

Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with key departments including:

Procurement & SourcingInventory & StoresTimekeeping & Subcontractor LaborEngineering & Technical OfficePlant & EquipmentEnsure alignment of business processes and operational requirements across departments.

Escalate risks, bottlenecks, and operational concerns to management and project stakeholders.

User Support & AdoptionProvide hands-on support to end users in executing daily transactions and processes within Dynamics 365 F&O.Assist users in understanding system workflows, business rules, and process requirements.

Support user training sessions and reinforce best practices.

Promote user adoption and minimize resistance to process changes.

Issue Tracking & ResolutionLog, track, prioritize, and monitor post-go-live issues and system-related incidents.

Coordinate with ERP consultants and vendors to ensure timely resolution of functional issues.

Follow up on corrective actions and validate successful resolution with end users.

Maintain issue registers and provide regular status reports.

Process ImprovementIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and process workflows.

Support testing and validation of system enhancements, fixes, and updates.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP usage and operational efficiency.

Reporting & CommunicationPrepare daily and weekly hyper-care status reports.

Track key adoption and stabilization metrics.

Provide regular updates to Project Division Management and ERP leadership.

Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, training activities, and user feedback. EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation support, project coordination, system deployment, or business process support.

Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based organizations is highly preferred.

Exposure to ERP go-live, stabilization, or hyper-care activities is advantageous.

Technical KnowledgePractical functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Understanding of construction operational processes, including procurement, inventory, labor management, equipment management, and project controls.

Familiarity with ERP support methodologies and issue management processes.
