Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month + Attractive Commission

Blue Line Furniture Factory LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE's interior design, fit-out, construction, or joinery industry and a strong network of clients to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and clients.
• Promote the company's fit-out, joinery, and interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or Interior Design is mandatory.
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
