HR Executive - Blue Collar workforce

An HR Executive for a blue-collar workforce manages the entire employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include high-volume recruitment, onboarding, grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with local labor and visa regulations. This role demands strong conflict management skills and deep knowledge of personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates (e.g., drivers, warehouse staff, Marble workers and helpers) via agencies, referrals, head hunting and job portals.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate joining formalities, visa processing, accommodation allocation, and site orientations.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for workers. Address grievances, resolve disputes, and maintain workforce morale.
• Compliance & Documentation: Monitor contracts, probation periods, leave records, disciplinary actions, safety records and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws.
• Camp Management: Supervising the camp boss and close monitoring of any issues.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Track daily attendance, process payroll changes (such as overtime), and address salary or benefit queries.

Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of HR experience, specifically managing large blue-collar employee populations in industries like construction, or contracting.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional employment and labor laws.
• Soft Skills: Multilingual communication skills ( English and Hindi).
• Should have valid driving license.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given the preference.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
