Junior Accountant – Cash & Billing

Ayurmana Ayurveda & Panchakarma Center is looking for a Junior Accountant – Cash & Billing to manage daily cash transactions, patient billing, and support routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash collections, receipts, and payment records from patients.
• Prepare and process patient invoices and billing documents accurately.
• Reconcile cash, card, and online payment transactions.
• Maintain petty cash records and prepare daily cash reports.
• Process refunds, discounts, and payment adjustments with proper approvals.
• Record accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with bank deposits and bank reconciliation activities.
• Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cashier, billing, or junior accounting roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Healthcare/clinic billing experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
