Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in the automotive spare parts industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to manage warehouse staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in automotive spare parts is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

2. Warehouse Worker (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Arabic-speaking Warehouse Workers to join our warehouse team. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and organize inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (basic English is an advantage).
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
