Leasing Executive (Female – Arabic Speaker)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 7,000–7,500 (Full Package)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial leasing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Generate leads and identify prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits.
• Negotiate lease terms and facilitate the signing of tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, viewings, and completed leases.
• Stay updated on market trends and property availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate leasing.
• Previous UAE real estate leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
