Stay updated on interior design trends, color forecasting, and decorative finishing techniques.

Support sales and business development activities by providing technical and aesthetic recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.

Deliver product presentations, workshops, and design-focused customer engagements.

Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, design initiatives, and market development activities.

Maintain records of consultations, project specifications, and customer requirements.

Ensure exceptional customer service and timely follow-up on project opportunities. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Professional certification in Interior Design or Color Consulting is an advantage.5 years+ of experience in interior design, color consulting, decorative finishes or related industries.

Experience working with paint manufacturers, architectural firms, interior design consultancies, or construction-related businesses is preferred.

Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and current interior design trends.

Knowledge of decorative finishes, coatings, textures, and related products.

Ability to create mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.
