Job Title: Legal Counsel - Real Estate Experience

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with minimum 5 years eperience and will be responsible for providing professional legal advice, managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and supporting business operations through effective legal guidance.

The role involves reviewing and drafting contracts, advising management on legal matters, handling disputes, and protecting the organization’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice on UAE laws, regulations, and business matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise departments on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Review commercial agreements, service contracts, leases, employment documents, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Support dispute resolution processes, including negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation management.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with UAE legislation.
• Monitor changes in UAE laws and advise management on potential impacts.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Manage legal documentation, records, and case files.
• Provide legal support for business transactions, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Protect confidential information and maintain professional legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• Qualified lawyer with relevant legal experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and civil laws.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk management.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are preferred, especially for UAE legal matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
