Interior Design Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience working with an interior design company or within the same organization, with strong technical drafting and 3D visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed interior design shop drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop accurate 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and 3ds Max.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce complete drawing packages.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, consultant comments, and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and presentation drawings when required.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality drafting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an interior design company or within the same organization.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (essential)
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out detailing and shop drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Employment visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
