WE'RE HIRING – PRESCHOOL TEACHERS

Daffodils Nursery is looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced Preschool Teachers to join our team in Sharjah & Dubai.

Position: Preschool TeacherKey Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of each child's progress.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.

Support classroom management and maintain a clean, organized learning environment.

Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Follow the nursery's curriculum, policies, and safeguarding procedures.

Encourage creativity, independence, and confidence through play-based learning.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven teaching experience in a preschool, nursery, or early years setting.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.

Passion for working with young children and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
