Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Valid teaching license, as required by the relevant educational authority.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the primary stage.

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Ability to analyse student achievement data and implement improvement plans.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems.
