Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement LLC, Sharjah is actively Hiring: IP Medical Coders to be based in Sharjah.

We are currently hiring IP Medical Coders for a large RCM organization based in Sharjah, UAE. Candidates with strong In-patient coding expertise are encouraged to apply.

Kindly Note: Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience working in UAE to be considered. There will be 2 rounds of Interviews, the 1st interview will be an Online IP Coding Assessment and final round will be an online technical Interview with our Coding Manager.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Shift: Rotational shifts

Experience Required: 2–3 years of hands-on coding experience

Certification: CPC or CCS Certification is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience in UAE Hospitals.

✔ Strong experience in Inpatient (IP) medical coding

✔ Hands-on experience with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG assignment, and insurance guidelines

✔ Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and reimbursement methodologies

✔ Willingness to relocate to UAE

Language Requirements

✔ Good communication skills in English are mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Review Inpatient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
• Ensure coding compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams for coding clarifications
• Maintain coding quality, productivity, and TAT requirements
• Support audits, denial management, and coding quality improvement initiatives

Preference

• Candidates who are willing to work in overnight shifts
• Candidates available to join immediately or within short notice are preferred
