Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, lead and motivate the team, maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
• Support sales targets and control operational costs.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with restaurant management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
