Job Location: Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Factory Foreman with a strong background in the Aluminum Industry to supervise daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality aluminum products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum fabrication and production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and project deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor workforce performance and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and production schedules.
• Coordinate with the production, quality control, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper use of machinery, tools, and materials while minimizing waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related course
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Foreman in the aluminum fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and supervise factory operations efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures.
