Data Analyst I

Balich Wonder Studio is a global creative and events company delivering extraordinary live experiences. As our KSA operation grows, so does the volume of data we generate, across bids, projects, systems, and teams. The Data Analyst sits at the intersection of operations, business development, and marketing.

You'll structure information, build trackers, extract insights from procurement platforms, and ensure the right people have the right data at the right time.

Beyond pure analysis, you'll support internal operations and assist the marketing team, making this a genuinely varied role with real growth potential. 2 3 years in data analysis, operations support, or a coordination role, ideally in events, marketing, or a related field.

Portals: Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, or similar platforms for data extraction and reporting.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to read a dense document, an RFP, a brief, a report, and extract what actually matters.

Tools: Advanced Excel, Airtable, and/or Power BI. Genuinely excited about AI tools and automation.

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Mindset: Organized, energetic, tech-savvy, and naturally wired to think in systems, structures, and patterns.

Education: Degree in Data Science, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
