Process and KPI analyst

Job Location: Riyadh

Role type: Hands-on, Individual Contributor, Assisting a Manager.

Position Objective

Support the documentation, maintenance, and reporting of business processes and KPIs. Ensure processes are accurately mapped, performance data is reliable, and management reports are timely, complete, and actionable. Your role will focus on process support, KPI tracking, and performance reporting as core daily responsibilities.

Pls note it needs both experience in BPMN, Process mapping and KPI/Performance moniorting.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Map and document current-state processes, workflows, and SOPs using BPMN, flowcharts, and process mapping tools, under senior guidance.
• Maintain the process documentation library. Ensure version control, proper filing, and easy retrieval of all process assets, templates, and governance records.
• Support process reviews by collecting stakeholder feedback, documenting changes, and flagging gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
• Contribute to RACI matrices, SIPOC diagrams, and process controls. Gather departmental inputs and ensure roles and responsibilities are represented accurately.
• Assist in preparing business requirements and user journey documentation for automation and digitisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to collect evidence, compliance checkpoints, and process adherence data for audits and governance reviews.
• Support the development and maintenance of departmental and section-level KPIs. Ensure each KPI has a clear definition, formula, target, data source, evidence requirement, and reporting frequency.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate KPI data from multiple sources. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Prepare regular KPI reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Communicate performance trends, gaps, and progress against targets to management.
• Monitor KPI performance. Escalate deviations, delays, or underperformance to senior team members with preliminary root cause observations.
• Maintain the KPI register and performance data repository. Track historical trends and safeguard data integrity for analysis and audit.
• Assist in preparing performance insights and summary reports to support management decisions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data, clarify requirements, and follow up on action items.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials, meeting packs, and status updates for review sessions.
• Assist in facilitating process and KPI review meetings. Document discussions, capture action items, and track follow-through.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 5 years of relevant experience in business process support, performance reporting, KPI management, PMO, or business analysis.
• At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in process documentation, KPI data collection, and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience preparing performance dashboards, KPI reports, and process documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data, validate information, and maintain documentation.
• Exposure to process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts), SOP development, or process governance is a strong plus.
