Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive - Arabic Speaking Required

Role Overview

Dr. Scent is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing activities in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Dr. Scent's social media platforms in Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining excellent customer engagement.
• Build and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate closely with Dr. Scent's Head Office in the Uunited Arab Emirates to ensure alignment with regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
