Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Specialist translates business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

The role supports the Marketing function by planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels while ensuring all activities are aligned with the organization's goals, brand standards, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in alignment with the growth strategy.
• Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives targeting qualified prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
• Manage marketing assets including brochures, presentations, landing pages, and website content.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics such as leads, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of marketing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment and with some exposure to B2C.
• Experience in digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, analytics tools, and lead management processes.
• Prior experience in industrial, technical, or tools-related industries is a plus.

Working Relationships

Internal: Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product teams, Corporate Communications, and senior management to plan and execute marketing initiatives.

External: Coordinates with marketing agencies, media partners, vendors, event organizers, and other external stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
