Financial Planning Analyst

Building and maintaining financial models for real estate development projects.

Preparing feasibility studies and investment assessments.

Conducting discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business planning.

Analyzing cash flows for projects, profitability, and financing requirements.

Preparing management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.

Assisting in investment analysis, acquisitions, and asset performance.

Supporting treasury planning, financing, and preparing reports for lenders.

Utilizing ERP systems and Power BI to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, financial modeling, investment analysis, or real estate finance.

Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
